Job description:

Immediate Requirement for Senior & Junior Process Associates and Team Leads. We are looking for the candidates who are experienced in any of the US Insurance back office processes mentioned here. Certificate of Issuance, Policy Checking, Policy Issuance, Policy Renewals, DBR, Quoting/Rating, Audits, Benefits, Claims Management, Doc Retrieval, Notice of Cancellations and Endorsements and Not Healthcare Process.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Work Location Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh.
• Flexible in night shift.
• Salary not a constraint for the right candidate
• Minimum 1 Year of experience in US Insurance back office operations (Knowledge in multiple processes would be an added advantage)
