Dear Candidate,

We are looking for the Jr. Architect in our Head Office at Thane. Kindly refer the below Job Profile before applying for the same.

Roles and Responsibilities

1. Assisting in preparation of architectural drawings:

a. Assist the architect in preparation of architectural drawings

b. Prepare working / municipal / interior drawings based on finalized architect plans

2. Designing and executing interiors of the project:

a. Research on new and innovative designs for interiors of the project

b. Develop creative designs for the interiors and get the designs approved by the Architect

c. Gather all material requirements for interiors and inform Purchase to arrange the same

d. Attend meetings with vendors to select samples for interior designs

e. Obtain approval on all materials to be used for interior work

f. Inspect quality of the materials received

g. Monitor the interior work for successful execution

h. Maintain record of all interior designs

3. Supporting miscellaneous tasks:

a. Participate in meetings with RCC, MEP and other consultants and prepare minutes of the meetings

b. Prepare minutes for all internal meetings related to feasibility discussions, drawings and keep track of new changes and updates

4. Adhering to Internal Processes:

a. Adherence to all work & organizational policy & procedures defined

Desired Candidate Profile: B.Arch. and working experience of at least 2 years with reputed Architect or Real Estate company
