Roles and Responsibilities Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned to meet business needs.
- Ensure phone calls are redirected accordingly
- Able to multi task
- Provide daily direction and communication to employees so that customer service calls are answered in a timely, efficient and knowledgeable manner. Provide continual evaluation of processes and procedures. Responsible for suggesting methods to improve area operations, efficiency and service to both internal and external customers.
- Log incoming Technical Support Calls per existing standards.
- Work as a member/leader of special or on-going projects that are important to area/process improvement.
- Use appropriate judgment in upward communication regarding department or employee concerns.
- Responsible for quote coordination.
- Organizes, and provides assistance to the technical support team in delivering training classes or lunch-n-learns for dealers, end users, and distributors. Continues to monitor customer needs and suggests training classes as appropriate.
- Inform customers of changes in the industry or enhancements to our products; assist dealers/distributors and how to market new products to meet customer needs.
- Partner with Sales Team on identifying opportunity and strategies for increasing sales opportunity.
- Employ diplomacy and tact in interactions with sales representatives and customers to perpetuate the mission of developing life long relationships with clients.
- Promote company values both internally and externally.
- Develop and execute the delivery of communications to all internal and external stakeholders regarding customer issues. (i.e. sales, management, manufacturing, technical support)
- Document all customer feedback and publish findings for review with sales team and management team to improve product offering, pricing packages or promotional activity.
- Call customers, when necessary, to advise shipment delay and/or information to process orders.
- Provide timely and accurate information to incoming customer order status and product knowledge requests.
- Process customer orders/changes according to established department policies and procedures.
- Initiate orders for replacements parts and/or for correcting errors (shortages, wrong item shipped, etc.)
- Initiate file maintenance for corrections to computers customer file
- Provide timely feedback to the company regarding service failures or customer concerns.
- Demonstrated negotiation skills and ability to work as a team member and cross-functionally in support of the sales effort.
- Demonstrated competence in dealing with a large number of phone calls.
- Demonstrated ability to write procedures and revise processes.
- Other duties as required

Special part of this job:
The hours will be USA hours 8 Am 5 PM (EST) Mon. Friday
Clear American English and easy to understand (talking mostly to USA customers)
