A senior Android Developer with a passion for pushing mobile technologies to the limit. Team and cultural fit are as important to us as your technical skills. We have a high-bar for brilliance and a low tolerance for brilliant jerks.

Responsibilities:-
- Design and build advanced, secure, fault tolerant and highly performant applications for the Android platform
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features
- Work with outside data sources and APIs
- Create a technical specification document from a product requirement document or wireframes.
- Write clean, reusable and extendable code using Kotlin
- Unit-test code for robustness, including edge cases, usability, and general reliability
- Work on bug fixing and improving application performance
- Continuously discover, evaluate, and implement new technologies to maximize development efficiency
Technical requirements
- BS/MS degree in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent
- Excellent problem solving, strong CS fundamentals like OOPS, MVP, algorithms
- 8+ years of work experience in Android app development preferably using Kotlin
- Have published a few Android apps to the Play store
- Experience with remote data via REST and JSON, Websockets
- Working knowledge of the general mobile landscape, architectures, trends, and emerging technologies
- Experience with offline storage, multi-threading, performance tuning, and graphs etc.
- Solid understanding of the software development life cycle like Agile
- A knack for benchmarking and optimization.
- Familiarity with Crashlytics, Mixpanel or similar analytics tools.
- Familiarity with A/B testing methodology.
- Proficient with code versioning tools, such as Git
