We have an urgent opening for the position of Area Sales Manager for a reputed Company at Surat, Gujarat location.

Job description:

Key responsibilities:

  • Managing, training, and providing overall guidance to the sales team of an assigned territory.
  • Setting reasonable sales targets to be achieved by the sales team.
  • Monitoring the performance of the sales team and motivating members to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Traveling to potential and existing customers within an assigned sales area to present company offerings and build brand awareness.
  • Utilizing outbound telephone calls, email communications, and face-to-face meetings with customers to close sales.
  • Developing and sustaining long-term relationships with customers.
  • Implementing a sales management process to assist the sales team in identifying and prioritizing key customers and prospects.
  • Networking and developing a strong relationship with potential customers
  • Ensuring timely achievement of sales target for the respective project
  • Managing end-to-end all sales-related activities with the sales team related to the respective project
  • It is a complete B2B job.

Area Sales Manager Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Management, or related field is preferred.
  • Proven sales experience; sector-specific sales experience is preferred.
  • Proven track record of meeting sales quotas.
  • Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications.
  • Excellent management, leadership, and organizational skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Outstanding negotiation and consultative sales skills.
  • Effective communication skills.
  • Exceptional customer service skills.

Experience: Relevant 4-5 years of experience in leading Sales of the Service based organization or its respective product/service

Education: Graduation or above with specialization in marketing or business education (preferred)

Location of Job: Surat (Candidate should be residing from SURAT, GujaratLocation only)

Working Days: Monday to Saturday

Office Timing: 10.30 am to 7.30 pm
