Investment banking analyst - .Fund raising + financial modelling + M&A : Leading venture capital Firm : Mumbai
CTC: 12 - 15 Lacs ( can be discussed on case to case basis)

This role offers a chance to become part of the investment banking team , and assist the
team to scout and execute various fund-raise/M&A transactions.
Key responsibilities
Develop financial models for the target companies
Compute valuation of target companies using various methods
Perform financial analysis using the available financial statements as part of live transactions
Conduct primary and secondary research on the sector and the target companies
Create investment pitch decks and other review materials required for the transactions
Keep track of relevant events and news
Relevant skills and experience
Strong communication skills to be able to liaise with all stakeholders and get requisite information
Financial modelling
Deep understanding of financial statements
Drive and acumen to conduct in-depth research
Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office products, especially Powerpoint, Excel, and Word
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
MBA from tier-2/3 B-School, or Chartered Accountant, or Bachelors/Masters in Economics
Minimum 2-3 years of experience in financial modelling and research
