Sales Force Business Analyst @ International Water

Support the implementation of Salesforce based CRM/Association Management System on Fonteva, online community & integration with Salesforce.
Perform the unit testing as well as understand the system configuration from the external implementation team
Perform the key user trainings and change management in the assigned projects. Run the user acceptance testing with users
Perform data migration activities - data collection, data cleansing, data transformation for all master data & transactional data and loading using data loader, by working with key users
Regular system support the incumbent needs to act as the first point of contact for key users, need to manage incidents, system configuration and trouble shooting. Escalate issues to Fonteva/Salesforce if needed and ensure closure within SLA.
Understand new user requirements and convert to technical specifications and deliver in the Salesforce platform.
Work on integrations, APIs and technical specification after understanding the architecture & data structures.
Act as custodian for integrity of IWA Salesforce platform.
Work with external suppliers/developers and perform regular governance of the services offered and escalate issues when required.
Experience required
Professional experience of 5-8 years in Salesforce as a Sales Engineer/ techno-functional consultant, with knowledge of configuration, administration & implementation.
Experience in Salesforce ISVs like Fonteva (not mandatory).
Experience working as a part of CRM or other business applications implementation/ roll out; working with end users. Experience in platform integration and API in Salesforce (desirable); Understanding of Apex coding & troubleshooting desirable.
Experience working with 3rd party developers.
Educational Qualification and Certification
A degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related fields
Salesforce administrator, Sales cloud certification required
