Job Description
Urgently Required ' Freshers & Experienced' Candidates For An International BPO (English mandatory)Location- Shakespeare Sarani(Nearby Maidan/Rabindra sadan Metro station)
Designation- Customer Care Executive
Senior customer care executive
Team Leader
Shift timings: -
FULL TIME - Night (8:30PM - 5:30AM
PART TIME : EVENING- 5:30 PM - 9:45 PM
SALARY -10,000- 30,0000 /- pm (Fixed +Incentives)-FULL TIME
- 5000-15000/- pm.(Fixed +incentives)- PART TIME
Process: ELD DEVICE - Outbound Voice Process
(Lead Generation /Sales) .
ELD DEVICE - Inbound Voice Process
(Customer Service)
Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications :-
Good communication skills in English. (* Mandatory*).
Minimum Qualification 10th passed.
Candidate must be smart, agile & goal oriented.
Hands on experience on International Voice Process.
Outbound Sales background (preffered) if experienced.
NOTE :- * For Team leader minimum 1yr exp required in International outbound sales process as TL .
For Call closers / SR.CCE minimum 6m 1yr exp required in international outbound sales
process.
