Job Description

Supervise day to day operations and provide coaching and guidance for AOSD staff
members
Manage daily administrative operations: 1) Undertake expense claims for business
travel, meetings, and entertainment. 2) Book business travel, meetings entertainment.
3) Prepare and circulate approvals for E-Payment. 4) Monitor expenses and approval
status. 5) Liaise and collaborate with for operational matter. 6) Create and
report regular reporting materials
Ensure the smooth and adequate operational flow
Support building and enhancing administrative operations procedures and devising
ways to streamline existing processes
Manage schedules and deadlines
Lead communication with relevant stakeholders in to
comply with relevant regulations and applicable Group policies
Provide support on adhoc requests related to administrative operations
Assisting with general administrative duties to support staff
