Job Description

We are looking for qualified and experienced candidates for our organization PolicyX.Com Insurance Web Aggregator Private Limited, for Insurance sales. Candidates possessing excellent selling & communication skill are invited for an interview.

Role:

Assisting customers with online purchase of term and health insurance plans online.

Pitching best-suited insurance plans to the customers.

Explaining plan features and convincing customers to purchase the plan through us.

Ensuring high conversion ratios on leads provided to them through sales approach and

proper follow-ups.

Customer Handling- answers all questions and concerns customers might have.

Ensuring work accuracy and customer satisfaction.

Ensuring adherence to documented processes, procedures and control.

Skills Required:

Should be Confident & Dynamic.
Should have a bent towards Sales.
Excellent interpersonal and listening skills
Good persuasion skill.
Should be efficient in converting customer interest into sales.
Good negotiation skills.
Team Player
Quick learner, creative, and achiever.
Passionate about work output
Industry Knowledge (basic insurance knowledge)
