Job Description

- The Marketing manager has to develop and train the team to Marketize the brand and the product in the market.
- Manager would be provided with sufficient resources to achieve the sales and marketing target.
- Manager has to creatively role the offers to increase the sales in the market.
- Deploy successful marketing campaigns and own their implementation from ideation to execution
- Experiment with a variety of event management, publicity, social media, lead generation campaigns, performance analysis
- Produce valuable and engaging content for our website and blog that attracts and converts our target groups
- Build strategic relationships and partner with key industry players, agencies and vendors
- Prepare and monitor the marketing budget on a quarterly and annual basis
- Conceive and develop efficient and intuitive marketing strategies
- Oversee and approve marketing material, from website banners to hard copy brochures
- Measure and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, gain insight and assess against goals
- Analyze consumer behavior and adjust email and advertising campaigns accordingly

- Recruiting Distributor and take feedback of all Distributor
- Stock manage and monitoring of Distributor
- Handling Team
Requirements:
- Demonstrable experience in marketing Manager with the potentiality & Leadership
- Proven experience in identifying target Customers
- Creatively devising and leading across channels marketing campaigns that engage, educate and motivate
- Good understanding of market research techniques, data analysis, and statistics methods
- Proficient in MS Office, MS Excel, MS Word
- Excellent communication and Convenience skills,
