• Graduate in Commerce Background
• Prefer graduate with a minimum 15 years of education with good accounting knowledge
• Excellent in communication skills with employees, peers and superiors
• Excellent understanding of process metrics in Accounts
• Ability to lead and motivate team to achieve performance goals
• Judgment on escalations and problem handling
• Target orientation
• Proper balance of task orientation
• Customer orientation

• 24X7 operations
• Flexible with Weekly Offs
