Job Description
Branch Managers, Assistant Branch Managers and various other Branch positionsfor its upcoming Small Finance Bank.
RGVN (NE) Microfinance Limited invites application from experienced bankers for the post of Branch Managers, Assistant Branch Managers and various other Branch positions for its upcoming Small Finance Bank.
Candidates applying for the various posts must possess prior experience in Banking which includes hands on experience in core banking, banking operations, knowledge of banking products, regulatory requirements and cross selling. Details on work experience, educational qualification and the selection process are mentioned as under. Kindly note that retired bankers and freshers need not apply.
Educational Qualification
The candidate must be a graduate as on 31.10.2016. (MBA/ PGDM from a Tier 2 or 3 college is preferred)
Work Experience
5- 7 years for the post of Branch Managers
4- 6 years for the post of Assistant Branch Managers
Minimum 2 years for other Branch Positions.

Job Purpose:
To lead the growth of banks business at the branch level through business development, smooth flow of banking operations and transactions, revenue generation, profit maximization, cost management and customer acquisition and retention
Job Purpose:
The role holder is responsible for managing the business operations at the branch level through, smooth flow of banking operations and transactions, cross selling, cost management, customer acquisition and retention as well as monitoring compliance and supporting audit teams as and when required
Job Purpose:
The role holder is responsible to implement the sales plan at the ground level to grow the banks business at the branch level through business development, revenue generation, profit maximization, cost management and customer acquisition and retention for liability products
Job Purpose:
The role holder is responsible for implementing the sales plan at the ground level to grow the banks business through business development, revenue generation, profit maximization, cost management and customer acquisition and retention for asset products
Job Purpose:
The role holder is responsible for managing transactions at the branch and dealing with the customers in order to grow the banks business at the branch level through smooth flow of banking operations and transactions, cross selling, cost management and customer acquisition and retention
