Job Role: Medical Scribes are the future of an interactive industry. They are the Physicians support system. As a Medical Scribe, you work alongside physicians in a real-time environment. Medical Scribes undertake to create and/ or updating the medical charts of patients in Electronic Health Record (EHR) and thereby freeing the physicians for focusing on what they do best taking care of patients. All this is done while the Scribe is far away from the physician, but connected through technology. With the onset of technology like Google Glass, the idea of a Medical Scribe has become a reality. Being a part of the live physician-patient encounter, Medical Scribes greatly add value by increasing the time spent on patient care. This profile of a Medical Scribe is expected to be a part of the physician-patient interaction remotely and comprehend the conversation in the HER

Job Location: IDS INFOTECH LTD Plot no C138 Industrial Area Phase 8 Mohali Near CDAC Institute.
Date of Joining: As per business requirement.
Salary : Rs 27,300 Per Month TCTC. ( This salary is after training of 5-6 Months. Read complete below-mentioned hiring norms for clarity )
Hiring and Salary Norms :
- Candidates will be hired as Trainees on a stipend of Rs. 10000/per month.
- Only Medical & Medical Allied Stream Graduates are eligible for the role.
- Trainee will be eligible for stipend only after passing the Screening Assessment which will be conducted after 4 weeks from first date of start of training. E.g.: "A" starts training on 1 April and clears Screening Assessment on 30th April then he will be paid stipend from 1st May onwards. NIL stipend for the month of April.
- Trainees will get only one attempt to clear the AX screening assessment.
- There will be other elimination checkpoints throughout the training period of 4 to 5 months. Any failure to pass through elimination checkpoints would lead to the elimination of the trainee from the training program.
- Successful achievement of DA: Trainee will be taken on the roll as confirmed employee with designation as process Associate -Physician's Assistant at Total Cost to Company of Rs. 27,300/month and the In-Hand salary will depend on the candidates decision of opting/not opting for the Provident Fund deduction and/or other norms of the state/central government. If opted for PF then In-hand salary will be approximately Rs. 23,085/- per month and if not opting for PF then In-hand salary will be approximately Rs. 25,413/- per month.
- Trainee will have to sign a service bond of 24 months
- Employee will be eligible for the incentives only after achieving DA Status as per the prevailing. incentive policy, if any.
- Females will be provided Cab only in case of Night Shift and as per the prevailing norms of the state government and there would a monthly deduction of a fixed amount based on distance between Office & place of Stay.
- Male candidates will not be provided any cab Facility irrespective of shift Timings
- A trainee should not be pursuing any kind of full-time coaching, studies, courses, employment/business etc. along with the training.
- lt is mandatory for a trainee to disclose his/her medical conditions during the hiring process and provide test reports of Chest X-Ray and Spine X-Ray(expense will be borne by the employee). In case of failure to provide the results at the time of joining and in case any medical condition is found at a later stage, the trainee would be liable for actions according to prevailing policy of the company/client.
- After achieving DA you might have to start working from home depending upon the managements decision.
- You must have electricity connection, good Laptop/Computer that meets configuration requirements of company/client, excellent Broadband Internet Connection and power backup of 9 to 10 hours. These are compulsory requirements and for clearance of any doubt company will not pay for any of these
