Summary
The Project Management Quality Leader will be responsible for HMS, (Processes, Procedures & Tools), implementing, training and auditing.
- Responsible of the key quality metrics for the Function
- Analysing the key Path indicators, the critical non-conformities root causes of the Function and initiate, follow-up until full implementation of corrections, continuous improvements plans with Process Owners to improve the Business
Roles and Responsibilities

  • Ensure timely management and quality of NCR's, RCA's and associated CP/PP

  • Drive some major-complex RCA - Quality Alerts

  • Deep dive on specific/complex/recurrent issues, identify gaps and define improvement actions.

  • Lead continuous improvement actions until full implementation & effectiveness.

  • Co-chair the PMO Governance Meetings.

  • Drive the HMS improvement strategy and action plan.

  • Responsible to prepare & run the PMO Process Performance Review with stakeholders.
  • Quality Management defines and leads the implementation of the quality organization, process and tools to support strategy. It implements a culture of Quality in the organization and defines and leads improvement initiatives to achieve business excellence.
  • Requires specialized depth and/or breadth of expertise within their discipline. May require strong commercial awareness, and is expected to influence the development of strategy within own area, including control of resources and influences policy formulation.
  • Impacts the team's ability to achieve service, quality and timeliness of objectives. Work is subject to functional policy objectives. Regularly advises management in the function and/or in the business. Has a supportive role in decision making about important subjects. High levels of evaluative judgment are required to achieve outcomes required.
  • Uses high level of judgment to make decisions and handle complex tasks or problems that impact the function. Has ability to assess quality of information given and ask pertinent questions to stakeholders. Able to offer new solutions to problems outside of set parameters and is able to construct and provide recommendations. Uses multiple internal and some external sources outside of own function to help arrive at a decision.

Required Qualifications

  • Advanced degree in engineering (mechanics or electrical) or equivalent.

  • Project Management skills acquired by education and experience (>10yrs), PMP certified or equivalent a plus.

  • Site Management experience a plus.

  • Experienced in Quality analysis tools & techniques (Black Belt a plus)

  • Fluent in English
