Responsible to keep the dialyzer and delivery system ready before the start of the procedure.
Responsible to ensure that the area where the procedure has to be conducted is sterile.
Responsible for assisting the doctors in surgical procedures like introducing Femoral and jugular catheter.
Responsible for sending the samples to the laboratory.
Responsible for explaining the procedure to the patient and to ensure that the patient is comfortable.
Responsible to obtain patient weight, monitor and record vital signs before and during and after the procedure.
Responsible to start, maintain patients on CRRT/ Plasma Exchange / CAPD
Responsible for correct arranging the reused dialyzer in proper order and sterilizing them with puristerile.
Responsible to assess patient for any complications that may occur during the procedure and to be ready to deal with the emergencies.
Responsible to take care of the water treatment plant in the absence of the technical assistant.
Responsible to raise the dialysis bills and for other items used in the Haemodialysis unit in the absence of the executive.
To participate and contribute to departmental quality initiatives
To be aware of departments performance and objective.
To carryout data collection/support in data collection.
To adhere to the safety norms of hospital, follow both patient, and staff safety rules.
To perform any job / task as and when assigned by the superior.
