Job Description

A. Due Diligence To check all critical fields in application form and DDE sheet which has a bearing on dedupe. To ensure data quality is in line with policy guidelines. To check veracity of information through image uploaded vis--vis data captured. To ensure all dedupe checks (Bureau, Possidex, MDR, CRILC, Probe 42 etc.) are done and output is evaluated in line with the policy of the bank before decision making. To check all vendor reports (CPV report. Valuation report, Legal report, Asset Verification report etc.) are in line with the scope of work of the vendor and covers critical / required information, for which the vendor has been appointed. To use internal score card / credit assessment tools to appropriately underwrite loan proposals within the policy guidelines and capture necessary deviations wherever required.B. Portfolio Quality To meet rolled out target for Non-starter and EMRC. Underwriting & Process efficiency To ensure underwriting TAT is met as per rolled out target. To meet productivity norms by underwriting files allocated. To avoid unwanted rework, increase FTAR, capture right pending / reject reasons, reduce RAL (without additional docs/info) and adhere to all other instructions given by the management from time to time.D. Audit To ensure adherence to both internal and external audit guidelines. To ensure CAD is not breached. To ensure e attendance is marked immediately after booting the system and log out before leaving office for the day. To ensure User ID & Password is not shared with anyone in line with ISG policy of the Bank. To ensure all relevant support is extended to the auditors for a smooth closure and the report is satisfactory.SkillsBasic AptitudeUnderstand and Reading Financial StatementUnderstanding of Agricultural nuances are an added advantageInterpersonal SkillsGood Communication SkillsAbility to negotiate
