Job Description
Dear Candidate,Greetings of the day!
We are Hiring for,
Test Lead
1.Should be able to manage the day to day activities of team members, including scheduling and managing ongoing projects.
2. Should also conduct employee training and evaluation and provide support during the hiring and on boarding process.
3. Should oversee team members work to ensure that they adhere to specifications.
4. Should have experience of working in multi vendor environment.
5. Candidate should be able to read the crash log.
6. Candidate should have the ability to analyze the crash and understand the potential root cause.
7. Triage the crash log to the respective owners.
8. Execute Regression and new feature testing on Win,Mac,Linux,Android, Chrome OS.
6. Should have good knowledge on understanding, analyzing requirements
7. Should have working experience in translating the functional requirements to test scenarios, Test Cases and execution
8. Understand technology and domain areas for the tasks assigned.
9. Proactively owns and drives the given assignments independently.
10. Familiarize with all testing tools employed and be ready to pick up new tools and technologies based on the project needs.
11. Work experience on OS platforms like Win,Mac,Linux,Android, Chrome OS is preferred.
12. Should have effective verbal and written communication skills.
13. Oversee day to day operation
14. Monitor team performance and report on metrics.
15. Motivate team members.
16. Should define clear goals to the team members.
