As we extend our engineering team, we are looking for a Software Developer implement features on new and existing services that will be deployed into the SAP Concur AWS cloud environment
THE ROLE
Design and implement new features as part an experienced agile development team.
Maintain existing services based on customer cases, re-architecting efforts, security fixes, accessibility audits, etc.
Enhance and maintain continuous integration with best practices such as zero-downtime deployments, canaries, frequent deployments, and feature-flag-driven development.
Monitor stability and performance of the services owned by the team
Gain complex product functionality and architecture knowledge
ROLE REQUIREMENTS
Engineering degree required with 5+ years experience in software development
Worked as an active participant in an agile delivery team
Worked across the SDLC (design, develop, test and deploy)
Ability to write (and review) clean and scalable code using Java or JavaScript (React/Redux), full stack expertise is a plus.
Experience working with the Springboot framework is a plus
Excellent communication skills in English.
