PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES
Within SAP Solution Delivery Center, we are looking for an experienced Automotive Business Process Consultant with deep and proven experience in delivering successful E2E Customer Centric projects in the Automotive Industry space. Also be the trusted advisor for our customers in Automotive specific solutions, S4HANA, Industry Cloud and Innovation.
EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS
As an Automotive Business Process Consultant, you must possess deep product expertise/business experience & automotive domain/industry solution experience and the ability to lead SAP implementation/development projects.
You will be responsible for:
- Prepare, design, realize and support Go-Lives for customer implementation projects
- Analyse and define business requirements, processes and objectives to scope project and deliverables.
- Implement, customize, and test solutions on client systems and develop client-specific enhancements to meet business requirements as needed.
- Support feasibility studies and process design reviews, Detailed planning of process implementation, blueprinting for development requirements
- Be the trusted advisor and able to provide solution to address the business requirements and challenges for our Automotive customers.
- Help customers to adopt SAP best practices, optimize their processes and implementation of optimized processes
- Must be able to gather business requirements, identify core business processes, and ability to map within the current/ future business application portfolio best supports the business requirements and processes
- Experience in driving and supporting the solutioning for RFPs and Bid proposals & experience in presales support would be an advantage
- Supporting the Ramp-Up of new SAP products at our clients of in the Manufacturing sector and ensuring knowledge transfer to partners and customers
EXPERIENCE
- Minimum 6+ years of consulting experience including 4 years automotive (Manufacturing, Component Supplier, Sales & Distribution) Industry experience
- Minimum 4 full cycle SAP Implementation for Automotive and sub segment industry and at least 2 S/4 HANA end to end implementation.
- Minimum 2 End-to-End SAP Automotive Solution implementation i.e. VMS, DBM, ePP/DS, OTC etc.
- Should be having experience in at least 2 of end to end business process areas (from Industry view perspective) Order to Cash, Procure to Pay, Record to Report, Manufacture to Deliver.
- Expertise / experience in SAP VMS, Warranty, SAP DBM solutions and excellent understanding of its integration with other SAP business processes like OTC, Manufacturing, P2P, FICO, warranty, CATS etc.
- Experience in S/4 HANA Conversion & Knowledge on SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud solution and SAP Innovation portfolio will be preferred
- Experience with Implementation Methodologies (ASAP, Activate, Sprints, Advanced Deployment, etc.).
- Able to travel to project locations (short term and long term) as required
QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES
- Bachelor s Degree Master s degree preferred but not required.
- Strong Automotive industry domain / Industry solution expertise
- SAP expertise with automotive business processes and industry solutions -
- ECC or SAP S/4HANA Vehicle Management System,
- SoH/ECC Dealer Business Management
- Any one core Module with required integration knowledge with other SAP Modules
- Optimized Order to Cash (SD)
- Procurement to Pay (MM)
- Logistics Execution & Transportation (LE-TRA)
- eSPP, IPPE, ePP/DS, JIT/JIS, Warranty Module etc
- Variant Configuration
- Warranty
- Experience in SAP FIORI applications
- Be the trusted advisor for our customers in Automotive specific solutions, S4HANA, Industry cloud and Innovation.
- Should be thought leader in this space and able to resolve complex issues in the escalated projects
- Experience in SAP Activate methodology and Solution manager is preferred
