Conduct Train-the-Trainer sessions
Responsible for selecting, training, developing and managing performance of training management staff; providing prompt and objective coaching and counseling and coordinating, planning and assigning work
Work closely with Ops and Quality team to design action plans to bridge Product/process related knowledge gaps
Create and maintain training schedules
Co-ordinate the maintenance and development of training workbooks and other training tools used by the organization
Responsible for managing retention during training across New Hire batches
Manage/create process SOPs and training refreshers
Drive Quality Improvement initiatives to add value to the Process and customer
Support administrative tasks
Manage training MIS for classes and other related training work
Should be able to contribute to process improvements and innovation in the training function
Accountable for achieving individual and organizational training performance metrics
Evaluate the results of learning courses
Use performance reviews and skills gap analyses to identify training needs per department, team and individual
Plan training programs based on business goals
Oversee learning activities for NHT, OJT & 0-30days audience
Streamlining key metrics - CSAT, Resolution Rate & Quality scores of BAU & New hire audience
Knowledge, Desired skill set required:
Should be Train the trainer certified. Should have prior expertise in managing training deliverables
Using logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions,
conclusions or approaches to problems
Identifying complex problems and reviewing related information to develop and evaluate options and implement solutions.
Working across teams that are outside direct circle of influence and collaborating effectively to arrive at solutions.

Excellent communication and articulation
Good at people management skills
High level of proficiency in MS Word, Excel and Power Point
