Develop team knowledge and capability to cross sell products, develop wealth expertise, provide learning through joint calls, ensure positivity and team motivation.
Ensure RM performance across Goal sheet targets are met across all bank products, including New to Bank customer acquisitions, Liabilities, Investments, Insurance, Trade FOREX and Assets.
Responsible for Various Roles hiring with effective COA etc and to manage the desired productivity along with Retention, Growth and Efficiencies target Key Skills: Drive high service levels on the RM portfolio.
Build synergies across all channels and ensure to provide a conducive environment for the team.
Complete requirements for Investments AMFI, IRDA for RMs along with HCM and Compliance.
