Job Description
Consultant, Selenium BDD
In this role, you would be responsible for automation framework design, design the test scenarios, define the environment and integrate the tests with CI tools, execute the test scenarios using automation test tools and analyze the results
Responsibilities
- Able to develop & maintain automation frameworks using various tools Selenium with Java, BDD Cucumber
- Strong skills in test automation in evaluating the tools and feasibility study
- Strong functional and automation skills (BDD Cucumber)
- Mid level lead with proven ability to lead teams and drive from the front
- Exhibit superior levels of ownership and accountability in coordinating any and all requests from clients
- Experienced working in an Agile setup preferably Safe Agile methodology
- Well versed in the use of ALM for test and defect management processes
- Ready to do a hands on role
- Strong communication skills
- Health care domain knowledge
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Experience in designing the automation scripts, script debugging, fine tuning for best performance
- Through with metrics, test summary reports
- Good experience in writing SQL queries to fetch the test data
- Collaborating with dev / management team for defect triage, fixing and retesting
- Focus on continuous improvement.
Qualifications
Minimum qualifications
- B.Tech. or equivalent in Computer Science or relevant stream
- Strong functional and automation skills (BDD Cucumber)
- Mid level lead with proven ability to lead teams and drive from the front
- Exhibit superior levels of ownership and accountability in coordinating any and all requests from clients
- Experienced working in an Agile setup preferably Safe Agile methodology
- Well versed in the use of ALM for test and defect management processes
- Ready to do a hands on role
- Strong communication skills
- Health care domain knowledge
Preferred qualifications
- Knowledge on JIRA
- Webservices automation
- Ability to develop & maintain E2E automation frameworks using various tools Selenium with Java, BDD Cucumber, UFT
- Strong skills in test automation in evaluating the tools and feasibility study
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Experience in designing the automation scripts, script debugging, fine tuning for best performance
- Experience in integrating the test suite to CI tools
- Through with metrics, test summary reports
