Job Description

We are actively seeking strong Technical Recruiter and Client Account Manager to join our team in Mumbai (Currently remote). The below mentioned requirement might be a perfect fit for you.



1) Senior IT Recruiter


Job Responsibilities:


  • Responsible for handling complete recruitment life cycle for our Clients.
  • Develop action plans/recruiting strategies to identify qualified candidates through various job portals and networking websites.
  • Responsible for handling different types of IT requirements.
  • Responsible for achieving a good conversion ratio of submittals into interview and placement.
  • Ensure recruitment Targets are met as mutually agreed with operations and other key stakeholders.
  • Regular Interaction/daily meetings with team and business unit heads to discuss requirements, determine focus, sourcing strategies, interview evaluations, offers, hires, future requirements and create a Funnel of potential candidates proactively.
  • Candidate Coordination for Interviews, Joining, Offer etc.

Skills & Qualification Required

  • Graduate or Post Graduate Preferably into HR or IT
  • 3-7 years of experience in Talent Acquisition preferably in IT
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Must be self-motivated and must possess good attitude.
  • Should have ability to deliver results in fast paced & metrics driven environment.

2) Client Account Manager


Client Coordination

  • Getting the requirements from the client
  • Ensuring the completeness of JD
  • Acknowledging the mails from Client
  • Proactively replying client without any delay (in working hours)
  • Weekly Tracker (every Monday) (Includes JD and Candidates)
  • Following up status for Candidates shared
  • Delivering the Candidates shortlisted to Client
  • Getting more Business from the Client
  • Follow-up with Client for Payments and Tracking it

Recruiter Coordination

  • Explaining the Requirement
  • Explaining the urgency of the requirement
  • Following up on Deliveries
  • Checking the Resume and Details
  • Re-screening of Profiles as per JD

Skills & Qualification Required


  • Post Graduate Preferably into Marketing
  • 3-7 years of experience in Client Management and Business Development
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Must be self-motivated and must possess good attitude.
  • Should have ability to deliver results in fast paced & metrics driven environment.
