exp- 1- 15 yrs

Levels- Consultant/ SR constulant / Manager

Desired Profile/ Qualifications

Required Experience

1-9 years of professional experience in Consulting / Corporate Strategy / Business function

teams of companies, in the domain of operational excellence and process transformation

including process modeling, mining and to-be business processes development

Working knowledge / understanding of databases, data transformation and data analytics

Working knowledge of one or more tools used in the process mining and process

transformation space, e.g.: Signavio, Celonis, Unqork

Analytical and Hypothesis driven problem-solving approach, process and operations analysis,

processing and analysis of large financial and non-financial data sets

Desired Experience

Exposure to working in non-India Geographies (preferably the US) and / or interacting with

Global stakeholders

Experience in one of these sectors Banking, Capital Markets, Insurance, Life Sciences,

Healthcare, Energy and Utilities

Qualifications

Required - B.E. / B.Tech

Preferred - MBA / M.Tech / MS from a premier school in India or abroad
