Job Description

Handle the entire recruitment cycle and sourcing candidates of suitable caliber from various sources like Job Portals, Postings, Walk-ins, Social Media and Internal or External References.
Manage profiles through referrals.
Have a good understanding of the position requirements & source good quality profiles
Extensively follow-up to expedite the selection process and ensure timely closure of open positions.
Strong Analytical, Problem Solving Skills and participates in all activities with urgency, a results orientation, and a strong work ethic.
Self-starter and a good team player with a high sense of ownership.
Excellent communication & interpersonal skills.
