Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities
- Ensure service delivery is carried out as per clients requirement.
- Develop new menus, upgrade old menus and special event menus.
- Develop new ideas for promotions, festivals and other special events.
- Ensure safety and hygiene policy is strictly adhered.
- Carry out operational audits to check for confirmation as per laid down processes and policies.
- Stay in close communication with the client for all issues regarding service, additional business, new initiatives, hygiene condition and document the same.
- Roll out branding policy as per the specifications.
- Ensure 100% client retention.
- Timely addressesing of all issues pertaining to the client and the operations.
- Coordinate with the Purchase department to understand and forecast the cost trends and revisions.
- Develop suitable operational strategies to address increase in costs.
- Analyse the operational cost and provide solutions to increase the efficiencies in site.

Desired Candidate Profile
- Degree/Diploma in Food & Beverages management, or related field.
- 1 to 4 years of experience in managing food and beverage or similar role
- Customer oriented approach
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and leadership skills
- Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
- Team player
- Good organizational and time-management skills
