Roles and responsibilities 

Responsible for giving the right information about the projects and promoting the same.
Responsible for lead follow up.
Responsible for lead conversions.
Coordinating site visits with clients.
Coordinating with sales team.
Coordinate with CRM and Marketing team.
Working towards stipulated targets.
Responsible for providing Real Estate Advisory Services
Sales of Residential and Commercial Property in and around Pune.
Plan and execute the agreement between the leading builders & clients.
Tie up with real estate developers for new properties / location / marketing activities.
Responding to sales enquiries from new and existing customers.
Delivering presentations of the company products to customers at sites and exhibitions
Meeting Monthly/annual sales goals and targets.
Producing daily sales reports.
Handling site visits and generates references.
Would report to Senior Manager.

Required Candidate profile

Male / Female, Any graduate, Good communication skill & 1+ year of experience in  real estate industry.

Education:

UG:   Graduation Not Required,

PG:  Any Postgraduate - Any Specialization,

Doctorate:  Any Doctorate - Any Specialization,
