Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Hands on Experience finding candidates especially RRT, NICU, LD, Med Surg, PCU, Tele RN, PCU RN ICU RN.) IT, Travel Nurse.

• Shift Time - 7:30 pm-4:30 am (Night Shift) (Mon - Fri), Fixed Sat/ Sun off
• Manage End to End recruitment of Nurses. Sourcing & screening profiles. Managing candidate pipeline. Client management. Pre & Post interview follow up's. Ref and BGV for profiles.
• Responsible for handling IT, Pharma, Healthcare requirements from US-based clients.
• Responsible for full-cycle recruiting: interview, offer, negotiation, and closed candidates for assigned requisitions. - Sourcing from Job Portals (FACEBOOK LINKEDIN Monster, Dice, Career builder, Yahoo Hot Jobs).
• Responsible for Coordinating fulfillment of other formalities such as background check, drug test etc. leading to joining post-placement.
• Ability to work as a good team player, interviewing, hiring candidates, maintaining & building the candidate database.

• The Healthcare Recruiter / Nurse Recruiter is a key position
• 2+ Years of a proven track record in a US based Staffing Company
• 1+ Years of experience in Healthcare Clinical and Allied staffing
• Experience working in Per-Diem Nursing model is a big plus.
