Position Title: Assistant Manager
Experience: 08- 14 years
Locations: (Shamirpet Unit, Hyderabad) Heritage foods Ltd
Qualification: B.Tech / Diploma (EEE).
Note: Looking for Any Pharma, Manufacturing, Dairy, Food Processing Industries Experience, and Looking for Male Candidates OnlyKEY RESULT AREAS:
- Responsible for General Electrical Maintenance and Break-down/short circuit Maintenance.
- Responsible for General Instrumentation & Elect. Maintenance, Break-down Maintenance and Lubrication of Machinery & Equipments.
- Analysis of Breakdowns/ Failures/ Chronic problems in the plants and taking corrective actions.Effective maintenance of DCS, SCADA, PLC Systems
- Responsible for periodical preventive maintenance as per the schedules of all Machinery & Equipments and maintain their records from time to time.
- Responsible for preparation of material indents for all electrical Spares/Equipments as per the requirement.
- Responsible to cover plant and machinery under AMC as well as under MBD policy.
- Responsible to enter & monitor AMC services related to Electrical section.
- Responsible to the Effective utilization of Solar Power units generated at Mulugu plant.
- Responsible for Operation & Maintenance of DG sets.
- Responsible for calibration of all indicators, gauges, weighing balances etc.
- Ensure to follow Safety Guidelines and address the issues within least possible time.
- Ensure coordination among the team and carryout activities/assignments within the schedule time.
- Ensure to coordinate all statutory inspections pertaining to Electrical as per the schedule. Inter department co-ordination for MIS Reports.
- Responsible for Manpower planning, PMS and Training & Development.
- Implementation of the guidelines given as per GMP, ISO, etc.
Individuals should have demonstrated experience in handling Cold rooms, Freon & freezers, Industrial Ammonia Refrigeration Plants is compulsory besides regular Electrical Uility equipment.
Experience in Dairy Industry shall be an added advantage and should know the local language (Telugu).
