Opportunity for Manager/sr. Manager/agm - @ Woxsen

Job Description:

• To work closely with the Chairman on the key strategic initiatives across the various group companies.
• To provide administrative support & track progress of key projects and follow up with concerned departments towards timely execution.
• Prepare Board Meeting briefs & take minutes of meeting, circulating that to all concerned & follow up on the open items with respective department on the behalf of the Chairman.
• Work in close coordination with the Chairman on lining up his meetings with public offices & ability to liaise independently on his behalf.
• Take ownership, oversee & manage multiple projects as assigned by the Chairman related to diverse lines of business.
• To carry out various projects / analysis as advised from time to time by the Chairman.
• Carry responsibilities with professionalism, respect for others, in accordance with the organizations policies and applicable laws.
• To assist in complying with all company guidelines, policies and ensure statutory compliances.
• To hold a valid passport and be willing and able to travel and at short notice.
