Job Description
Description of the process To understand the nature of the business, process & the system and implement the Analytical and Business Intelligence to create and enhance the powered services
Provides the user the valuable information which helps them understand and grow their business.
Roles/Tasks to be performed by the associate
1. System Data Understanding
a. Building understanding of how various systems capture their data points
i. I.E. Q-Law storage of data in SQL, CLS storage in database files.
b. Building understanding of methods for storage/retrieval of those data
i. Ability to export from either platform in batch or systemic ways
ii. SQL, batch reporting, ODBC, automation
2. Performance management
a. Building understanding of those data points important to different entity types for reviewing performance.
i. Law Firms
ii. Agency
iii. Forwarder
iv. Direct Client
b. Credit/Collection Value chain- building understanding of the entire recovery chain, so that review of the clients data can help guide effective recovery strategy.
3. Analytics / Business Intelligence
a. Pulling together understanding of System Data and Performance management to help create meaningful and useful presentations of the data back to the end client
i. Executive Dashboard - IDAP
4. Process Management
a. Correlating patterns and trends in data to help support recommendations for Services implementation and areas of process improvement Roles/Tasks to be performed by the associate
