Job Description

We are having an urgent requirement for the position of Regional Manager in Bancassurance Vertical for Indore Location.


Job Description :


  • It is a L2 grade profile in which Regional Manager has to handle team of Area Managers (Equivalent to Senior Branch Managers) and 75 to 80 Front Line Sales Executives.
  • To Handle Bank customers requirements with the best services and products ranges.
  • To be equipped with insurance and Bank Products knowledge.
  • To manage the relationship at all the levels to have the desire out-puts.
  • Continuous interaction with the channel partners/Area Managers of the Zone.
  • Mapping all the key decision makers & build review mechanism per mapping basis decided Intervals.
  • Supporting in the actual sales and service aspects including sales calls, issuance and complaint handling.
  • Identify training needs for the in-house and channel partner team.
  • Regular MIS flow and Communication with Channel Partners.

Desired Candidate Profile :


  • Candidate must have current sales experience into Life Insurance and particularly into Bancassurance Vertical.
  • Candidates working on Manager's Manager grade or L2 grade can apply for this position.
  • Candidates beyond the age of 36 years need not apply.
