Location : Pune Below is the JD for your reference :

Responsible for Day to Day office related activities.

Regular Supervision of Generator, ensuring Generator is in working condition sufficient fuel available for generator.
Office Lights, Air conditions, Furniture are in proper conditions and follow up to technician, Electricians, Plumbers,
Attendance Register checking.
Co-ordinating with maid and ensure office and its premises to be clean
Night Snacks availability to be check.
Coordinating with water vendor.
Coordinating with water banker for new employees account opening.
Coordinating with Society committee for maintenance payment & work.
Coordinating with office staff
Purchase of stationary, Office stuff & other maintenance related items from markets.
Handling Vendor Management.
Assisting in company events.
Co-ordination with the other departments head.
Bills Checking and maintain tracker and records in excel.
Handling all office maintenance services.        
Prepare a list of stock material and order on monthly and weekly basis.
Maintaining employee record, filling for official record.
