Experience : 0 to 3 Years
Qualification : M.Sc Microbiology / B.Sc Microbiology
Job Description:
- Responsible for sampling and testing of all incoming medias and review of validity use before dates.
- Responsible for sampling, testing and documentation of MLT samples of finished and stability samples.
- Responsible for Handling of Instruments LAF/BOD incubators/Autoclave/colony counter /Microscope/pH meter/ top pan balance/Analytical balance etc.
- Responsible for ensuring the destruction of used media plates, product plates, monitoring plates, GPT plates and IND plates.
- Responsible for media preparation, reagents, standard solutions, labeling, storage and documentation.
- Responsible for testing of Determination of Inoculum concentration (IND), Growth Promotion Test (GPT).
- Responsible for Sterilization of sampling containers.
- Responsible for equipment cleanliness, housekeeping and labeling in the Micro lab.
- Responsible for water sampling and trends for micro samples as per schedule.
- Responsible for Glassware cleanliness and Depyrogenation.
- Responsible for Document Preparation, Storage and Retrieval of all micro records.
- Responsible for Water Sampling and for performing Micro tests and Bacterial endotoxin test (BET).
