Job Description
Position- Credit and Collection AnalystLocation: Hyderabad
Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
Responsible for handling Account Receivable Ledger.
Ensuring regular and Timely follow-up on AR Invoices with the Clients,
Minimum 40 Outbound calls with written back-ups, maintaining strong Customer Centricity.
Handling Inbound calls.
Timely Flagging of Escalations.
Regular Interlocking and liaison with other Departments for resolutions arising from Internal and External customers and maintaining good rapport with all.
Following Staff Basics and adhering to laid out Processes and Audit Guidelines.
Timely Reporting and maintaining accurate Records, note logs and email communications.
Requirements:
Experience: 1-4 years of relevant experience in credit and collection
Education: Any graduate with good logical thinking and communication skills.
Competencies Skills
Strong Customer Service Orientation with ability to identify issues.
Ability to assert and Negotiation Skills, while maintaining good rapport with Internal and External Clients.
Analytical and Methodical.
Competent in Tally ERP, Salesforce and MS- Office (Word, Excel and Outlook).
Problem Solving Skills.
Fluent Verbal and Written Communication in English Language.
Personal Abilities
Team Player, ability to work with diverse teams/ Team-members.
Organized- Managing time effectively and timely resolutions.
Tenacious- adhering to Staff Basics and laid down.
Proactive Approach.
Keen learner.
