Responsible for complete Claims management (Motor) of specific zone, which includes: Monitoring of service level TATs at insurance cos & workshops and strategize to improve the same if needed
Address concern areas of workshops, Insurance cos & service team
Handling & resolving customer grievances in coordination with channel partners
Regular visits to Body shops/Insurance Cos. to maintain Process Hygiene and Conduct Audits
Maintaining proper documentation of complaints and grievances
Liasioning with Insurance Cos. Local/Regional Offices along with service team
Calculation, monitoring & controlling of loss ratios
Monitoring fraudulent activities & build mechanism to control same
