Desired Skills & Experience
- Minimum of 5+ years of SAP FICO experience with multiple SAP full cycle implementation as well as in support projects and Rollout project
- Should have done S4/HANA Implementation as Lead Consultant.
- Should be well versed with Implementation methodology for S4/HANA
- New GL, A/R. A/P, Asset Management, Bank & Cash, Overhead Cost Controlling, Product Costing, COPA.
- ERP Cross-module integration knowledge
- Should be customer facing with good presentation skills.
- Knowledge of Contract Accounting preferred
- Should be well versed with Taxation Scenarios
- Worked on Global and Domestic SAP Projects
- Expertise on understanding the business requirements and configuring accordingly in the system.
- Should be good in writing the functional specification and testing documents
- Expertise on Solutioning / data migration / Cutover management / Training management
- Experience on working with user experience tools like Solman, HPQC
- Basic knowledge of SAP ABAP and IDOC etc
- Ready to travel anywhere. Should have valid passport.
- Willing to cross skill in new technologies
- Work self-directed and independently; may act as subject matter mentor to more junior members
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple deliverables and projects at the same time
- Ability to understand business processes from a customer perspective
- Ability to work in a team environment, effectively interacting with others
- Must be results oriented, and demonstrate a can-do attitude adaptability, flexibility and resourcefulness.
