Job Description

Responsible for overall business growth having a target of new franchisee/Sub Broker acquisition through a team of sales & dealer
Will be responsible for sales target achievement through Franchisee-Sales-RM.
Will be responsible for revenue generation through Franchisee Dealer.
Responsible for team KRAs & revenue generation in terms of brokerage through the team.
Develop and maintain a long-term relationship with Sub Broker and has to provide full support to Business Partner.
Provide regular updates to the immediate supervisor/channel heads as & when required.

Requirements

Graduate / Post graduate
Should have good communication & presentation skills.
Should be a self-starter, proactive & target oriented.
Should possess strong networking & relationship building skills
