Job Description

Providing customer service to clients through voice and chat medium . Ensuring customer satisfaction at the end of each and every call.
Key Responsibilities:
*Assist with solutions to customer queries and complaints
*Assist customers on queries related to their Products and Services through chat and voice
*Provide best solutions to customers by understanding their issues and concerns
Skills required:
*Creative thinking skills
*Excellent verbal, written communication and listening skills
*Work experience in BPO industry will be an added advantage
Job Types: Full-time, Walk-In
Salary: 10,000.00 - 30,000.00 per month
Qualification :
graduate/ post graduate
Freshers and Experienced Candidates both can apply.
