Experience - 15 to 22 Years
Notice Period - Immediate / Serving / 30 Days
Qualification - Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech Civil

*JOB DESCRIPTION -
Purpose of the role
Owner for timely delivery of the project from start to end within the budget with following all Quality & safety standards of organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Study, analyze and understand the BOQ and identify critical items to optimize.
- Study Baseline schedule with RO planning and monitor breaking it down to weekly, monthly and quarterly ook ahead.
- Implementing the work program with daily monitoring and extending support by bridging the gap.
- Submit updates and MIS at pre decided interval to head office with highlights on critical activities and possible challenges to take pre-emptive action.
- Resource Planning and allocation.
- Review and Finalization of Budget for the project By coordinating with RO budget team, its monitoring and control.
7. Coordinating with architects, Structural consultants, MEP consultants from drawing related issues to site implementation/modification.
8. Ensure the Timely Billing for sub-contractors Bills.
9. Team building by encouraging staff and provide necessary support in a mutually supportive environment. Keep focus on innovation and adaption of new technology and techniques.
10. Organize and Encourage presentation by staff on their strong skill and present job for others to imbibe thereby increasing the skill and knowledge of team as a whole.
11. Keep the whole team focused on Safety, Quality and Workmanship throughout the project cycle.
12. Keep Customer focus during all interactions and take all possible steps to achieve full Customer satisfaction.
Key Deliverables / Performance Measures
- Expedite each activity to complete the project on or before schedule.
- Tracking each activity operating cost to control the cost overrun of each activity.
- Ensuring the availability sufficient man power at site as per 3 months look ahead.
- Timely action to initiate procurement of bought out items in line with site requirement.
- Wastage control
- Tracking the day to day production and consumption.
- Monitor the theoretical requirement vs physical issue to control wastage.
- Ensure all safety and Quality standards followed at site as per norms
Key Challenges
- Maintain the sufficient man power at site as per schedule.
- Wastage control for materials,
- Ensure the maximum productivity achieved for each man power engaged
- Ensure the timely payment of sub contactors.
- Maintain Quality, Safety and Workmanship.

- MSP, Primavera, auto cad & MS office.
- QS & BILLING
- Labor laws & statutory compliance.
- Alu-form shuttering
- Alu-form work redesigning.
- Labor productivity depending upon work
- Basic Knowledge of all equipment used in construction site. (Ex: Batching plant. TM, Tower crane, Hoists )
- Thorough understanding of BOQ.
- Understanding about Quality and Specifications of all the materials to be used in the project.
