Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

1. Responsible for all Maintenance activities of Heating, Ventilation & Air Conditioning and Refrigeration System.

2. Preparing Plant Preventive Maintenance (PPM) Schedule as per Manufactures recommendations of Plant, Machinery and Equipment and as required.

3. Carryout any Breakdowns immediately up to the satisfaction of Clients.

4. Knowledge and Hands on experience on Operation, Maintenance and Repair or Centralized Air Conditioning System, Air Cooled Screw Type Liquid Chillers, Air Handling Units, Chilled Water System, Package Units, & Variable Refrigerant Flow (VRV) Units.

5. Knowledge of Passive Cooling System and Absorption Refrigeration System.

6. Knowledge of Refrigerants and their properties, Phased-out Refrigerants, Global warming and procedure to dispose of unwanted Refrigerants, Liquids and Gases.

7. Knowledge of Testing, Adjusting and Balancing (TAB) of Air and Chilled Water System.

8. Knowledge of productive measures to reduce Noise, Vibration and Sound level.

9. Inspecting Equipment for their Co-efficient of Performance (COP) and Humidifiers performance.

10. Knowledge of Building Management System (BMS).Roles and Responsibilities

ITI ( MECHANICAL )/ DIPLOMA
