Function as the key marketing operations advisor for assigned region or business team in program design, monitoring, and measurement for designated campaigns for our Fortune 100 B2B client. The Marketing Automation Activation Managers works with Omni-channel Marketing Managers to optimize three key areas of our clients Omni-channel programs:
1. Pre-campaign operations readiness
2. Campaign lead-flow best practices
3. Post-campaign reporting and optimizationResponsibilities:
Activates the following with the automation team:
Ensure that campaign teams are utilizing best practices in campaign setup and execution including taking full advantage of available systems and tools to maximize results.
Assist our clients marketing managers with automation operational requirements and best practices regarding set-up and integration with other systems. Collaborate with client, MRM internal teams and automation peers to share process optimizations and best practices.
Plans, implements, and tests trigger-based nurturing programs in Eloqua that target all stages of prospect development, from raw inquiries and cold prospects, to engagement, to closed opportunities
Serve as the subject matter expert for our clients Marketing Automation systems and provide hands-on consultation and support.
Drive marketing infrastructure and customization of the marketing automation platform including scoring, multi-touch drip nurture and broadcast emails, profiling, segmentation, workflows and ROI reporting
Consult with Omni-channel Marketing Managers during program design to ensure proper setup of entire campaign
Proactively recommend operational process improvements and system enhancements to optimize campaign response, lead flow, and measurement
Build testing frameworks (split testing, deliverability and tracking) for continuous optimization of click-through and conversion ratesPreferred Skills:
3-5 Years' of Client management experience
Experience with other tools like Adobe Audience, A/B Testing (Optimizely), Adobe Target, and Salesforce
Fair understanding of Cascading Style Sheets, Javascript, jQuery
Has developed content specifically for Eloqua and/or other automation platforms
Understands Email and Landing Page specifications
Understands Digital Marketing channels
Marketing and Sales relationship and basic terminologiesSkills/Certifications:
Eloqua Certified Masters/Luminary
Marketo (optional)
Salesforce (optional)
Additional Qualifications
Masters or Bachelors degree in engineering/science degree and/or an MBA
Experience working in a B2B high-tech company
Experience building and managing marketing plans/programs that are dedicated to the APAC geography
Advanced quantitative, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Proven complex project management skills
Fluent English communication skills (verbal and written)
