Requirement :
1 Senior ( 12-15+ yrs exp) : Safety Manager
1 Mid-Level ( 8-10+ yrs exp) : Safety Engineer
1 Junior ( 2-5 yrs exp) : Safety Officer
Specifications : Any Graduate with Diploma in Fire & Safety Engineering + Diploma in Industrial Safety from State Board Technical Education is mandatory.

5. Interact with clients & other parties for the better EHS development of the projects in time to time.
6. To prepare annual safety training calendar & to impart training on the related topics.
7. Organizing the Monthly EHS Meetings.
8. To establish work permit system.
9. To organize safety campaigns, Conduct Safety Mass Meeting & Establish the Reward & Recognition Program
10. Formulation of Cross Functional Team for audit at site for analyzing & implementing site safety regulations
11. Subcontractor screening and analyzing for safety performance.
12. Investigating the Near misses, Dangerous Occurrences, Reportable accidents and preparing the Accident reports by recommending the corrective measures to avoid the recurrence.

Key Responsibilities of Safety-in-Charge

1. To build up site-specific EHS plan, policies, procedures, emergency preparedness, Hazard identification & risk assessment, operation control Procedures & safe work method in alignment with client/corporate requirement.
2. To implement & maintain site EHS management
3. Organize Internal Audits on ISO 45001 for projects sites
4. Perform DuPont Checklist & Audit Systems.
5. Interact with clients & other parties for the better EHS development of the projects in time to time.
6. To prepare annual safety training calendar & to impart training on the related topics.
7. Organizing the Monthly EHS Meetings.
