Job Description

Hiring for US IT Recruiter, who can join immediately.

Location: Anywhere in India (Mumbai, Pune or Chandigarh preferred)

Experience.: 2 to 6 years

Job Description:

Roles and Responsibilities

Expertise in sourcing through Job Boards, Social Media, Networking, Referrals, and LinkedIn groups/ Projects.
Efficient in handling bulk requirements with direct clients.
Excellent analytical and organizational skills; self-starter with high standards in any given task
Proficient in using online tools (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, etc.) and social networking websites like LinkedIn, Facebook for searching candidates.
Experienced in all aspects of full-cycle recruiting to include requirement gathering, sourcing, resume evaluation, phone screening, interviewing, salary, and extending offers.
Working experience with W2, a direct client.
Ensuring that an adequate number of qualified candidates is submitted for all assigned client requirements in a timely manner.

Desired Candidate Profile

Must have min 2-6 years of Hard-core IT recruitment experience working with direct clients on W2 requirements in US.
Must have Excellent English communication skills both oral & written.
Must have experience in Domain-specific hiring, skill-based hiring, Market mapping.
Must be Target oriented and capable to work well under pressure.
Must have good Analytical & Time management skills.
Responsible for individual targets, Accountable for meeting all hiring targets while ensuring process accuracy/compliance.
