Roles and Responsibilities

Roles and Responsibility:

Manage the flow of day-to-day city field operations (Supply - Driver Partners).
Should have the ability to train, supervise and manage the team members to achieve the given target.
Build a network of operational contacts (Supply - Driver Partners) that will develop the Business
Willing to get the hands dirty by undertaking field visits and developing insights
Responsible for deciding how to approach tasks and develop a plan to accomplish them.
Create reports to update the company on the team's progress.
Enhances organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests
Learn continuously and improve the processes.
