We are looking for a proactive and innovative self-starter IT Recruiters for our team.
Job Profile-
1 .Should have experience in IT Recruitments.
2. Experience on Perm IT Recruitment.
3 .Involved in full life cycle of recruiting including searching, qualifying, scheduling interviews, closing.
4. Collecting Requirement from respective Team Lead.
5. Analyze the requirement and understand what type of person the client is looking for their opening.
6 .Searched for qualified candidates on Monster and job portals and also various Groups, free sites, by applying appropriate search strings.
7. Responsibilities include submitting candidates to the client .
8. Good negotiation skills are required to discuss the pay and close offers.
9. Timely Communication with candidates regarding their qualifications and rate/salary negotiation, relocation, etc.
Desired Candidate Profile :
Exp - 2 - 5 Years
CTC - Open
Work Timing: 9.30 AM to 6.30 PM
Working Days: Mon to Fri (Sat & Sun off)
