Reporting To: Head- Projects
Locations: Corporate Office, Hyderabad.
Function: ProjectsPosition Brief: Responsible for execution and timely completion of new projects and expansion works in existing plants as per plan with high quality and low cost so as to be useful and beneficial to the organization.Core Responsibilities:
- Qualitative execution of works as per plan at multiple locations.
- Timely completion of planned project works as per schedule.
- Accounting the material purchased for execution of projects.
- Efficient Manpower utilization.
- Submission of necessary statutory applications in respect of new projects / expansion of existing plants.
- To maintain appropriate records and sending periodical reports.

- Good knowledge on Ammonia Refrigeration Plants
- Knowledge on Utility/Mechanical equipment
- Contractor, Vendor administration skills.
- Good planning and project execution skills
- Adopting latest technology for time & cost saving
- Knowledge on Auto CAD, Engineering Drawings
- Good Liasoning skills with Local/Statutory bodies
- Good Communication skills, Good interpersonal skills
- Team Devp., Training & Management
- Problem solver/ Attending emergencies
- SHE standards,SAP, ISO knowledge
- Work analytically in a challenging environment
- Competency in dealing with people
Technical/Professional Knowledge and Skills:
- Maintenance knowledge of Green Field Dairy Plants.
- Hands-on experience in Installation, Erection & Commissioning of Key Dairy Equipments like Milk Pasteurizers, Chillers, Pouch Packing Machines, Homogenizers, Separators, Air Compressors, Ammonia Compressors, Evaporative Condensers, Water Treatment Plants, Effluent Treatment Plants, etc.,
- Experience & Involving in Steam Boiler Operations.
- Experience in Laisioning activities to establish & to Operate Dairy Plants by coordinating with Revenue Dept, Factories Dept, Town Planning, APPIIC, Pollution Control Board and IBR guide lines, etc.,
- Good exposure in TPM / Energy efficiency Standards and taking care entire gamut of Plant Maintenance.
Education/Certifications and Experience:
- B.Tech(M)/DME with good academic record.
- 10-16 years of experience in Dairy/Food/FMCG/Engineering/Pharma/Process Industries..
- Experience in Dairy, FMCG industries shall be preferred.
