Job Description

Minimum 10 15years in Business Development /Sales experience in 3PL & Contract Logistics Industry.
Must have good PnL understanding to support the execution team.
Should be confident and comfortable to take up an Individual Contributors role with shared teams support.
Must have experience in driving the top line.
Goal oriented seasoned Sales Professional with expertise in improving revenue, negotiating with large corporates to generate business.
Spearheading sales and market intelligence activities toward creating a national business strategy for market, penetration, customer relationship management, Cost & qualitative effective marketing techniques.
Handling Business development for Contract Logistics (3PL) PAN India.
Monitor market trend in order to identify new business opportunity.
Acquiring new corporate client and sell warehousing and distribution 3PL solution to them.
Build and maintain good business relationship with clients Coordinate with internal departments to deliver Supply Chain solutions
Handle the key account with existing client; managing relations with existing clients by frequent interactions for new business opportunity.
Building a robust business development function to track potential customers and effective competitor mapping to increase market share.
The candidates should have very knowledge of Contract Logistics Services, solution selling.
