Job Description

This is an Executive position reporting to the Vice President of Operations. Chaayos is looking to scale up its Chai On Demand (COD) business and is looking for a seasoned Business leader to lead and grow the COD Business as Sr. Manager/Asst. Director. COD business for Chaayos has seen substantial growth and as on today contributes to 40% of the total revenue for Chaayos. Role of this individual will be to lead the COD Business end - end as a P&L Leader.

Set the First 90-day goals for this person

For a superstar to accomplish what you said above in a year, what does he/she need to do in the first 90 days?

1. Work closely with channel partners to grow revenue

2. Run experiments to unlock future levers of growth - subscription, new alliances, virtual brands, etc.

3. Cafe operations performance improvement and customer experience

4. Profitability of COD business - commissions, discount, APC, packaging charges to achieve higher profit margins from COD

Professional Experience and Skills :

- An accomplished, strongly motivated individual with extensive Sales and Operations Leadership experience: 6-8 years of experience as Business Manager handling P&L responsibilities with organizations in the delivery business.

- Ability to scale up the COD business for Chaayos.

- Build an astute and high performing team to meet and exceed organizational growth and vision in the coming years.

- Build and Maintain strong relationship with channel partners to enhance sales and business growth.
